The Laughing Planet Cafe proves that good food served quickly is not just a myth. The place has tons of options on the menu with the highlights including several bowls and some unreal burritos. They also have plenty of soups and salads along with a half dozen or so different quesadillas. By far the most impressive thing about the cafe’s fare is that it’s not just good, it’s good for you! Imagine tasty food that is whole and unprocessed. I’m partial to the NW location on NW21st between Kearney and Lovejoy in Nob Hill, but there are 5 other locations in Portland on both sides of the river. There is also a location in Eugene (my home town!) which has it’s own vibe with same amazing offerings. Give 1 of them a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
