New Old Lompoc on NW 23rd is by far one of my favorite pubs in the area! Unassuming, great food, great beer. Enough said! But I’ll write a little more… The menu is actually a lot bigger than you may expect when you first visit. They have all of the pub staples – great appetizers, huge nachos, and plenty of salads and burgers. My favorite is the Brewer’s Club sandwich – amazing. Now the beers, that’s why you’re really going to Lompoc. They’ve created an impressive lineup that evolves with the seasons. If you like dark (and strong…) German brews you’ve absolutely got to try the Jolly Bock.
Give the place a try and you won’t be dissapointed. Make sure you’re following them on Twitter and Facebook to keep up on specials, events, and everything else. And don’t forget the all-important happy hour. M-F from 3-6pm and 10pm ’til the kitchen closes for great food specials.
